We have had a great first 2 weeks of school. We are getting to know each other, and each other's names. Each day we start the day in a "Turtle Circle" (big circle around the edge of the carpet.) We count how many kids are in class, and we answer a "getting to know you" question like, What is your favorite food? or Do you have a pet? Here is a fun presentation we watched the first day to learn a bit about Turtle Lake School. You can watch it at home now too!
